Relieves swollen feet
1 people found this helpful
Great value for money. This product is excellent for my dad's swollen, tired feet. It effectively softens his dry, inflamed skin while alleviating the itch. It dissolves easily in tepid water and is by far the most affordable option compared to what I find in Singapore and Australia, all packaged in a 1.5kg tub.

I truly love magnesium baths. At 35 weeks pregnant, I've had no cramps or swelling in my legs while taking magnesium baths 1-2 times weekly. I also try other salts and find the packaging convenient. This has definite benefits, especially in improving my sleep quality.

Improves sleep
I sleep well after using it for swollen or sore legs from exercising or long periods of standing, taking a half-body bath. It dissolves nicely in the water, and after using it, my legs feel less fatigued, aiding my sleep. I believe it’s effective, so I will repurchase. It doesn't have a distinctive scent, so I mix it with other bath salts.

Improves heat rash

Effective for swelling and heat rash in children. I loved magnesium supplements and found them helpful for headaches and sleep quality. Initially, I needed more to drink, but I was surprised by the large bottle, which I like in my bathroom. Adding 1 cup to my bath for 15 minutes seemed to ease the swelling in my legs. I was pleased that my child's heat rash and eczema also improved. If it's too hot to soak, I recommend storing lukewarm water in the washbasin and dissolving about 3 tablespoons of magnesium to ensure warmth during a quick wash.

Reduces coldness and swelling

Wonderful! It dissolves quickly in the bath, and soaking for a longer time at a lukewarm temperature leads to great sweating. Magnesium flakes help with coldness and swelling, and I find they contribute to effective mineral absorption through the skin. My bathing experience feels enhanced!
Swollen lymph nodes, also known as lymphadenopathy, occur when the lymph nodes—small, bean-shaped glands that are part of the body's immune system—become enlarged due to infection, inflammation, or disease. These nodes play a crucial role in filtering harmful substances and fighting off infections, and when they detect a problem, they can swell as immune cells accumulate to combat the issue. Common causes of swollen lymph nodes include viral infections like the common cold or flu, bacterial infections, and even conditions like autoimmune diseases and certain cancers.
Symptoms of swollen lymph nodes can vary but may include visible swelling or tenderness in areas such as the neck, armpits, or groin. While often benign, swollen lymph nodes may indicate a more serious condition, particularly if they persist beyond a couple of weeks, or if they are accompanied by other concerning symptoms like fever, night sweats, or unexplained weight loss. It is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment if swollen lymph nodes are persistent or concerning.

I hesitated over Life-flo but chose this for its size and value. I expect the transdermal intake of minerals and find that soaking with 2 cups of this salt alleviates fatigue. During a muscle pain episode, it refreshed my swollen spots and felt great!
